Dermaheal HL: a scalp mesotherapy solution for hair thinning
Dermaheal HL is a scalp mesotherapy solution from Caregen, part of the Dermaheal range alongside SR and SB. It is built around four biomimetic peptides — Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2), Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (Rejuline), Oligopeptide-41 (Keramin1) and Copper Tripeptide-1 — with vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids. Distributors state a total of 56 active ingredients.
It is marketed for hair thinning and reduced hair density in men and women. Caregen’s description is that the formula supports the scalp environment in which follicles depend on blood supply and nutrient exchange. That is the manufacturer’s account, and we are not aware of independent peer-reviewed clinical trials of this product.
Hair loss has many causes and some need medical treatment. Mesotherapy is best seen as an adjunct for patients who have been assessed, not as a treatment for a diagnosed alopecia.
Decapeptide-4, Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (Rejuline), Oligopeptide-41 (Keramin1) and Copper Tripeptide-1.
Vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids alongside the peptides.
Androgenetic, stress-related, autoimmune, scarring and nutritional hair loss are different problems with different answers.
Ten 5 mL vials, enough for several patients or a full course for one.
Why practitioners stock Dermaheal HL
Made for scalp delivery rather than a general skin formula repurposed for hair.
The course published by distributors is at least four sessions 7 to 10 days apart, followed by two or three maintenance sessions, which makes the package easy to explain.
Practitioners using Dermaheal SR or SB can add a scalp option from the same manufacturer.
Commonly offered alongside assessment, home care and, where appropriate, medical treatments for hair loss.
Treatment areas and indications
Concerns where the manufacturer positions this product. It is a supportive scalp treatment, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition.
General thinning and reduced density where the cause has been assessed and medical causes considered.
Used as an adjunct to home care and, where appropriate, medical treatment chosen by the patient’s doctor.
Dermaheal HL is a scalp mesotherapy product. Claims about hair loss are regulated separately in many markets, and which indications are permitted and what training is required are set by the framework where you practise. Korea Filler Experts supplies the product. Nothing here is a recommendation to treat any medical condition.

What each component does
The peptides and their described roles
- Decapeptide-4 (CG-IDP2) — a hair-focused biomimetic peptide in the Caregen complex.
- Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (Rejuline) — a peptide described by Caregen for use in hair-care formulations.
- Oligopeptide-41 (Keramin1) — a peptide described in relation to keratin and hair structure.
- Copper Tripeptide-1 — a copper-binding peptide used in skin and scalp formulations and described as supporting the scalp environment.
These roles come from Caregen’s and distributors’ descriptions. They are intended functions, not demonstrated clinical results.
Who this product is not for
Dermaheal HL is not a treatment for diagnosed alopecia. Patients with patchy or sudden hair loss, scarring or inflamed scalp conditions, or progressive thinning should see a doctor for diagnosis first. Established medical treatments exist for some forms of hair loss, and delaying them for a mesotherapy course can cost the patient time.
How Dermaheal HL is used
Reference information for trained practitioners. The manufacturer’s instructions for use and training take precedence over this page, including dose per point and session schedule.
Step by step
-
Assess the cause of the hair loss
Take a history and examine the scalp. Consider hormonal, nutritional, thyroid, stress-related and autoimmune causes. Refer patients with patchy, sudden, scarring or inflamed hair loss before any course.
-
Consent and expectations
Explain that results are variable and not guaranteed, that independent trials of this product are not available, and that the course is long.
-
Prepare the scalp
Cleanse the scalp and disinfect. Apply topical anaesthetic if required.
-
Draw up the product
Open one 5 mL vial and draw up aseptically. Use the vial for one patient only.
-
Deliver across the thinning area
Use intradermal mesotherapy or a delivery device according to your training and the instructions for use.
-
Plan the course
The course published by distributors is at least four sessions 7 to 10 days apart, then two or three maintenance sessions. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and review the response.
Administration notes
Be straightforward about evidence. We found no independent trial of this specific product. Describe the treatment as a supportive option for thinning hair, give the patient a realistic timeline, and do not imply that it regrows hair or treats alopecia.
Scalp bleeds easily. Expect pinpoint bleeding and tenderness. Patients on anticoagulants or antiplatelet therapy should be warned.
- Single use. One vial, one patient. Discard any remainder.
- Do not treat over active infection, inflamed or broken scalp skin.
- Dispose of needles into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Redness, tenderness, pinpoint bleeding and mild swelling are common and settle within days
- Avoid washing the hair for the period set by your protocol
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms and heavy exercise for 48 hours
- Seek review for severe pain, spreading redness, pus or fever

Dermaheal HL — frequently asked questions
What is Dermaheal HL?
A scalp mesotherapy solution from Caregen built around four biomimetic peptides — Decapeptide-4, Acetyl Decapeptide-3 (Rejuline), Oligopeptide-41 (Keramin1) and Copper Tripeptide-1 — plus vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids. It is marketed for hair thinning and reduced hair density.
Does it regrow hair?
We cannot say that. Caregen and distributors describe the formula as supporting the scalp environment, but we are not aware of independent peer-reviewed clinical trials of this product, and hair loss has many causes. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Does it treat alopecia?
No. It is not marketed by us as a treatment for any diagnosed alopecia. Patients with patchy, sudden, scarring or inflamed hair loss should see a doctor first.
How many sessions are needed?
The course published by distributors is at least four sessions 7 to 10 days apart, followed by two or three maintenance sessions. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
How many active ingredients does it have?
Distributors state 56 in total, including the four peptides. The carton is the authority for the definitive list.
Is it suitable for both men and women?
It is marketed for both. The cause of the hair loss matters more than the patient’s sex, so assessment comes first.
What are the common side effects?
Redness, tenderness, pinpoint bleeding and mild swelling on the scalp, which usually settle within days. Patients on anticoagulants or antiplatelet therapy may bleed and bruise more.
What size is the pack?
Ten 5 mL vials.
Who can buy and use this product?
Mesotherapy products are for administration by licensed healthcare practitioners. We supply qualified professionals and do not sell to consumers.
