HANHEAL Exosome Facial Rejuvenation: an exosome and PDRN skin booster kit
HANHEAL Exosome Facial Rejuvenation is a two-part skin booster kit from BNC Global in South Korea. It pairs freeze-dried exosomes derived from human dermal fibroblasts with a peptide solution containing PDRN and sodium hyaluronate, plus peptides and growth factors. The two components stay separate until use, so the more delicate exosome component remains stable until the moment of treatment.
Exosomes are described as messengers between cells. PDRN (extracted from salmon) and sodium hyaluronate work alongside them to support the skin’s own repair and hydration. Each box contains 5 freeze-dried exosome vials (100 mg each) and 5 peptide solution vials (5 mL each), combined before treatment. It can be applied with microneedling or used as an injectable skin booster. It is for use by licensed professionals only.

What each component does
Exosomes derived from human dermal fibroblasts
Exosomes are tiny vesicles that cells use to carry signals to one another. In this kit they are supplied freeze-dried and are reconstituted before treatment. The manufacturer describes them as helping to activate surrounding cells and support the skin’s own repair processes.
PDRN
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), extracted from salmon, is described as supporting the skin’s own repair processes.
Sodium hyaluronate, peptides and growth factors
Sodium hyaluronate adds moisture. The solution also contains peptides and growth factors.
