Puri Lips: a hydrating lip booster from WEDERM
Puri Lips is a lip booster from WEDERM in South Korea. It combines dual-molecular hyaluronic acid (HA), mannitol and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) in one formula. It is designed for hydration, texture and lip tone rather than added volume.
The formula uses WEDERM’s HLD (High and Low Density) approach: low-molecular-weight HA for fast hydration and high-molecular-weight HA to form a moisture-retaining layer. Each box contains 1 pre-filled syringe of 1.1 mL, ready to use.
Low- and high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid for hydration at the surface and beneath it.
Included by the manufacturer to slow the breakdown of HA in the formula.
Described by the manufacturer as giving lips a soft red tint that fades over time.
A 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe, so there is no mixing.
About Puri Lips
Designed for lip hydration and surface texture, not for adding volume.
Combines low- and high-molecular-weight HA in one formula.
The manufacturer positions it as a complement to HA lip filler rather than a replacement.
Pre-filled and ready to use, one syringe per box.
Listed uses

Dry, rough or chapped-looking lips where hydration and surface texture are the aim.
Lips with a dull or tired-looking colour, where the manufacturer describes a soft natural tint.
Patients who already have HA lip filler and want a hydration-focused treatment as well.
Puri Lips is an injectable product. How it is classified and what it may be used for are set by the regulatory framework where you practise. Korea Filler Experts supplies the product to qualified professionals. Nothing here is a recommendation to treat any medical condition.

What each component does
Dual-molecular hyaluronic acid
Low-molecular-weight HA is described as penetrating quickly for rapid hydration, while high-molecular-weight HA stays nearer the surface and holds moisture. Together they are intended to support both immediate comfort and longer-lasting hydration.
Mannitol
Mannitol is included by the manufacturer to slow the degradation of HA.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
The manufacturer describes vitamin B12 as giving lips a soft, natural red tint when delivered beneath the surface. The tint fades gradually as the lips renew.
How Puri Lips is used
Reference information for trained practitioners. The manufacturer’s instructions and your local clinical protocols take precedence over this page.
Step by step
-
Assess the patient
Review medical history, allergies and any existing lip filler. Confirm that hydration and tone, not volume, are the aim.
-
Prepare the lips
Remove lipstick and make-up, cleanse and disinfect the area. Apply topical anaesthetic if your protocol requires it.
-
Check the syringe
Inspect the syringe, seal and expiry date before opening. Record the lot number.
-
Deliver by mesotherapy or microneedling
Apply small amounts across the lip area. As the aim is hydration and tone rather than volume, points are spread across the surface rather than concentrated in a few spots.
-
Aftercare
Advise the patient on sun protection and on avoiding strenuous exercise and heat for the period set by your protocol.
Administration notes
Single use. One syringe is for one patient. Discard any remainder and do not resterilise.
- Do not treat areas with active infection, cold sores or inflammation.
- If the patient has existing HA lip filler, plan the timing of the two treatments according to your own protocol.
- Dispose of needles and syringes into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
Storing and handling Puri Lips
Store at 1–30 °C.
Keep the syringe in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight, until use.
Do not reuse or resterilise. Discard after treatment.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged, the seal is broken or the expiry date has passed. Dispose of used syringes and needles as clinical waste in line with local requirements.
What's included with Puri Lips
