- This product offers a distinctive and contemporary approach to the eradication of fat cells. Once these cells are destroyed, they lose their capacity to store fat in any body region. The product also stimulates lymph and peripheral blood arteries, providing a potent detoxifying effect. A single procedure can lead to a reduction of up to 2-3mm in the double chin area. Following a course of 2-3 procedures, with each session spaced 4-5 days apart, significant results become apparent.
Professional use only. This product is intended for administration by licensed healthcare practitioners trained in the relevant anatomy and injection technique. By ordering you confirm you are authorised to purchase and handle products of this class in your jurisdiction. What each component does
Plant extracts
Chestnut, windflower, walnut, fumariaceae, fuchsia and papaya extracts are used in botanical contouring formulas. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that can cause allergic reactions. We found no independent trial of this exact product, so results should be described as gradual and variable.
Sodium chloride
Sodium chloride (saline) is the carrier solution.
How F&B (Face & Body) is used
Reference information for trained practitioners. The manufacturer’s instructions for use and training take precedence over this page, including depth, volume per point and number of sessions.
Step by step
-
Assess and consent
Confirm the concern is localised fat. Explain that results build gradually, vary, and are not a substitute for weight loss. Ask about plant, papaya and latex allergies.
-
Mark the area
Mark the treatment area so coverage is even. In the face and neck, map the nerve and vessel anatomy first.
-
Prepare the skin and vial
Cleanse the skin. Inspect the vial, seal and expiry, and draw up aseptically.
-
Inject as instructed
Use the depth, volume and spacing in the manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Plan the course
The number and spacing of sessions follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Aftercare
Advise the patient to avoid heat for a few days and to report severe pain, spreading redness or lumps.
Administration notes
Describe the result honestly. F&B is used for localised contouring. It does not treat obesity, and results vary between patients.
- Single use. Discard any remainder after drawing up.
- Do not inject into infected, inflamed or broken skin.
- Dispose of needles into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Swelling, redness, bruising and tenderness are common
- Seek review for severe pain, spreading redness, skin breakdown or a firm lump
Storing and handling F&B (Face & Body)

Check the vial, seal and expiry. Do not use a vial that is damaged, discoloured or contains visible particles.
Single patient, single session. Do not retain or reuse an opened vial.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has passed. Dispose of used vials, syringes and needles as clinical waste in line with local requirements.
