Revolax: monophasic hyaluronic acid fillers from Across
Revolax is a range of monophasic hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers from Across Co, Ltd., a South Korean medical device manufacturer. Across makes Revolax from non-animal HA produced by bacterial fermentation. The HA is cross-linked and then dialysed to remove residual cross-linking agent (BDDE) from the finished gel.
This listing carries three products. Fine is the lightest gel, used superficially for fine lines. Deep is used in the mid-to-deep dermis for moderate to deep lines such as the nasolabial folds. Sub-Q is the firmest gel, placed deeply for volume and contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline. Each is available with or without 0.3% lidocaine.
Across describes the gel as dense and regular in structure, which it says helps it stay close to the injection site. Select the product you need using the options above the add-to-cart button.
The lightest gel, injected superficially for fine lines.
For the mid-to-deep dermis, used for nasolabial folds and deeper lines.
The firmest gel, placed deeply for volume and contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline.
Fermentation-derived HA, followed by dialysis to remove residual BDDE from the finished gel.
Why practitioners choose Revolax
Fine, Deep and Sub-Q cover fine lines, deeper folds, lips and volume from one Korean product family.
The HA is produced by bacterial fermentation and is non-animal derived, which suits practices that prefer to avoid animal-sourced material.
Across describes a dialysis step after cross-linking that removes residual BDDE, with the aim of a highly purified finished gel.
Lidocaine versions contain 0.3% lidocaine to reduce discomfort during injection, and lidocaine-free versions are also available.
Revolax is a lower-cost alternative to the established Western brands, with quantity discounts at five, ten and twenty syringes.

What each component does
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a sugar found naturally in skin, where it binds water. In a filler it is cross-linked so that it lasts longer than natural HA before the body breaks it down. Across produces the HA by bacterial fermentation, so it is non-animal derived. The concentration depends on the product, from about 20 mg/mL to 24 mg/mL, and distributors list Sub-Q at 24 mg/mL. Check the carton for the figure for your product.
Lidocaine
Lidocaine hydrochloride at 0.3% is added to the lidocaine versions for comfort during injection. It is a local anaesthetic. Check the carton to confirm whether your syringe contains it, and screen patients for lidocaine allergy.
Monophasic gel and dialysis
Monophasic means the gel is a single continuous phase rather than a mixture of particles in a carrier. Across describes a dense, regular structure and a dialysis step that removes residual BDDE after cross-linking.
Which product for which area
- Fine: fine, superficial lines.
- Deep: nasolabial folds, laugh lines and deeper lines.
- Sub-Q: volume and contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline.
Approved indications differ by market. Confirm them in the instructions for use for your country.
How it works
The gel is placed in the skin or deeper tissue, where it adds volume mechanically and binds water. The cross-linking slows its breakdown, and the body gradually absorbs it over months.
How Revolax is used
Reference information for trained practitioners. The manufacturer’s instructions for use for the specific product and your training take precedence over this page.
Step by step
-
Assess and consent
Review medical history, allergies (including to lidocaine), medication, bleeding risk, previous fillers and the patient’s goals. Explain the expected result, the risks and the possibility of needing hyaluronidase.
-
Choose the product
Select Fine, Deep or Sub-Q according to the area, depth and result needed, following the instructions for use.
-
Prepare the skin
Remove make-up and cleanse. Mark the treatment area and apply topical anaesthetic if required.
-
Inspect the syringe
Check the packaging, seal and expiry. Use the sterile needle supplied for the gel or a needle or cannula recommended in the instructions for use.
-
Inject as taught
Fine is injected superficially into the upper dermis, Deep into the mid-to-deep dermis, and Sub-Q deeply into the subcutaneous layer, using the technique in the instructions for use and your training. Inject slowly and with low pressure, and stop at once if the patient reports unexpected pain or you see blanching.
-
Review
Assess the result, mould gently if the technique requires it, and plan any review according to the area treated. Final results settle over the following weeks.
Administration notes
Know the risks of the area. Filler can cause vascular occlusion. Practitioners should know the anatomy of the area, recognise the signs early and have hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol immediately available.
- Single use. One syringe, one patient. Discard any remainder with the needle.
- Do not inject into infected, inflamed or broken skin.
- Do not use in patients allergic to hyaluronic acid or, for lidocaine versions, to lidocaine.
- Dispose of needles into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising are common and settle within days
- Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, saunas and alcohol for about 24 to 48 hours
- Seek urgent review for severe pain, blanching, skin colour change, visual change or a lump that grows or becomes tender
Storing and handling Revolax
