Exoluma is a dual-vial exosome skincare complex from Genèse Labs in Paris, France. One set is one complete treatment unit: Vial 1 holds the freeze-dried exosomes, PDRN, peptides and NAD+, and Vial 2 is an active solution containing hyaluronic acid, hydrolysed collagen, niacinamide, peptides, amino acids, plant extracts, tranexamic acid, vitamin C and glutathione.
The two vials are mixed just before treatment. Exoluma comes in two exosome options: Human (8 billion ADSC exosomes) or Plant (38 billion ginseng and CICA exosomes). It is for use by licensed professionals only.
Freeze-dried in Vial 1 to keep the delicate actives stable until use.

What each component does
Vial 1: freeze-dried powder
Exosomes, PDRN, peptides, NAD+, niacinamide riboside and mannitol. Freeze-drying protects these delicate molecules until the set is mixed.
Vial 2: active solution
Hyaluronic acid, hydrolysed collagen, niacinamide, a peptide complex, amino acids, plant extracts, tranexamic acid, vitamin C and glutathione.
Human or Plant exosomes
The Human option uses 8 billion exosomes derived from adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC). The Plant option uses 38 billion exosomes from ginseng and Centella asiatica (CICA).

Step by step

Assess and consent
Review skin condition, allergies, medication and previous treatments. Explain the product and the limits of what is known about exosome products.

Mix the set
Pour Vial 2 into Vial 1 with a sterile syringe, then swirl gently until the powder dissolves fully.

Prepare the skin
Cleanse and dry the skin before application.

Apply
Apply by microneedling (MTS) or by direct application across the target area.

Finish
Follow with a calming serum or moisturiser, as your protocol directs.
Administration notes
Use the mixed set immediately. Do not store the mixed product for later use.
- Single use. Discard the set after treatment.
- Keep the lyophilised vial sealed until mixing.
- Do not use on infected, inflamed or broken skin, except as the delivery device requires.
- Dispose of needles and microneedling tips into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Redness, swelling and tenderness are possible and settle within days
- Follow the aftercare advice in the instructions for use and your clinic’s protocol
- Seek review for persistent redness, swelling, fever or signs of infection
Storing and handling Exoluma
Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the lyophilised vial sealed until mixing.
Use before the expiry date, and only if the packaging and vials are intact.
Use immediately. Single use only; discard the set after treatment.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has passed. Dispose of used vials, syringes and needles as clinical waste in line with local requirements.
