NCTF 135 HA: a polyrevitalising skin booster
NCTF 135 HA is a skin revitalisation solution from Fillmed. It combines non-cross-linked, non-animal hyaluronic acid at 5 mg/mL with the NCTF complex — a blend of vitamins, amino acids, co-enzymes, nucleic acid derivatives, minerals and antioxidants — and is placed in the dermis by multipuncture.
It sits in a different corner of the skin-booster market from Profhilo and from polynucleotide products. Instead of one active, it delivers hyaluronic acid together with a mixed nutrient formula, and it is used to improve the hydration, radiance and fine texture of ageing or tired skin. It is not designed to add volume.
Fillmed states that NCTF 135 HA is CE marked and MDR certified (since February 2025). Fillmed’s practitioner brochure sets out a three-step approach: a superficial peel, biorevitalisation by intradermal multipuncture, then skincare.

What is in it
Fillmed describes NCTF 135 HA as a non-cross-linked sodium hyaluronate solution combined with a proprietary cocktail of vitamins, amino acids, co-enzymes, nucleic acid derivatives, minerals and antioxidants.
The manufacturer does not publish the concentration of each component. Distributor listings quote different totals — different pages give 53, 55 and 59 ingredients — so we do not state a number. For a definitive ingredient list, refer to the carton and the instructions for use.
Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid
Because the hyaluronic acid is not chemically cross-linked, it is a fluid that disperses in the dermis rather than a gel that holds shape. That is why NCTF 135 HA is used to improve skin quality and hydration and why it should not be offered as a way to add volume.
How it differs from other skin boosters
Profhilo combines high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid in hybrid complexes and is placed at a small number of points. Polynucleotide products such as Rejuran use a purified DNA polymer. NCTF 135 HA uses hyaluronic acid with a nutrient cocktail and is delivered by multipuncture across the treatment area. They are different tools, and the right one depends on the patient’s skin and your protocol.

Step by step

Assess and consent
Confirm the aim is hydration and skin quality. Review medical history, medication and any history of reactions to hyaluronic acid. Explain the course structure and that results build over the course.

Prepare the skin
Remove make-up and cleanse thoroughly. Fillmed’s protocol begins with a superficial peel before injection; follow the manufacturer’s guidance if you include this step.

Anaesthesia
Topical anaesthetic is commonly used because multipuncture covers a wide area. Check whether the formulation you are using contains any anaesthetic.

Draw up and prepare
Prepare the solution aseptically from the 3 mL vial using the needle and syringe set specified in the instructions for use.

Inject by multipuncture
Place the solution intradermally across the treatment area in small, evenly spaced aliquots. Take the dose per point and the spacing from the instructions for use.

Plan the course
In the published randomised study, sessions were given at day 0, day 21 and day 42. Fillmed’s brochure notes that two further sessions can be recommended if necessary.
Administration notes
Multipuncture means many small marks. Expect small papules and pinpoint redness at the injection points. These usually settle within a short time, but patients should plan around social events for the first day or two.
Describe the result honestly. The aim is better-hydrated, fresher-looking skin with improved fine texture. It does not lift, tighten or replace volume.
- Single use. One vial, one patient, one session. Discard any remainder.
- Do not inject into infected, inflamed or broken skin.
- There is no clinical tolerance data for injecting into an area already treated with a permanent filler, so avoid it.
- Dispose of needles into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Redness, small papules, swelling and bruising at the injection points are common
- Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin may bruise more and bleed slightly at the points
- Avoid make-up for about 12 hours
- Avoid prolonged sun and UV exposure, extreme cold, saunas and steam baths for at least 48 hours
- Seek review for severe pain, spreading redness or an unexpected firm lump
Storing and handling NCTF 135 HA
Store as stated on the carton and in the manufacturer’s instructions for use, protected from light. Do not freeze.
Check the vial, seal and expiry. Do not use a vial that is damaged, discoloured or contains visible particles.
Single patient, single session. Do not store or reuse an opened vial.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has passed. Dispose of used vials, syringes and needles as clinical waste in line with local requirements.
