Products

Are the products original?

Our primary goal is your complete gratification. All purchases on Korean Filler Experts are 100% guaranteed to be genuine, new and without defect or damage. We accept the return of the products at our cost within 7 days for a full refund if any items you received are either damaged, defective, or incorrect

What is the expiry date of products?

All our products that will be delivered to you will have minimum 12 months remaining shelf life. For the exceptional cases our experts will contact you before the shipment for the approval. If you have any special request, please let us know before placing an order.

What is the temperature conditions for fillers and toxins?

We take all the necessary steps, including special thermal packaging and ice gel or cold packs, to keep your product cold during  the shipment. If you have any special requirement, please contact us before the shipment We highly recommend to store fillers in 2° C to 26° C. and toxins in 2° C to 8° C.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. As of today, we delivered more than 5,000 orders to more than 60 different countries. For details, please contact our experts.

How many days does it take to receive the packages?

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments to U.S. and Europe typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment and 5 to 7 days to Latin America, Middle East, Oceania and etc..

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. You can also login to your account at any time to see the current status of your order.

How you contain the low temperature for toxins during shipment?

We take all the necessary steps, including special thermal packaging and ice gel or cold packs, to keep your product cold during  the shipment.

If my package has been kept in custom, what should I do?

-When placing an international order, please investigate your country’s policy on the importing of skin care products in advance. Importer is responsible for the custom clearance in destination country. If a package is stopped in customs, the customer should contact their local customs office to try to get the package released or to have it sent back to the Korea Filler Experts. Once we receive the returned package, we will either send it again or refund the customer for the products. The customer should pay for shipping costs. Korea Filler Experts can only make a refund if we receive the returned package – we are not responsible if goods are seized by customs.

Payment

What payment options do you have, and which one is preferred?

We accept the widest range of payments in industry. You can pay via Credit Card, Wise Transfer, PayPal or Bank Transfer SWIFT. Please consider that there is additional fee of 5% for PayPal payment.

Do I pay custom clearance fee and how much is it?

We recommend you investigate your country’s policy on the importing of skin care products. Custom processes vary in each country. For special requests on declarations please let us know in advance fore the shipment.

How can I get additional discount?

-We have currently two ongoing campaigns, referral program and review program. If you refer our store to your colleagues or friends, we give additional discount of $30 to both parties. You can also get $10 voucher for every review on truspilot.com. For details, please contact our experts.
