I decided to try Dermaheal LL for fat reduction around my jawline. The treatment caused redness and swelling, which lasted about a week. Additionally, I had some lumps under the skin that took time to dissolve. The results were subtle but positive. The side effects were manageable, but I’d recommend this treatment only if you’re prepared for a bit of discomfort during recovery.

I’ve tried many fat-dissolving products over the years. I prefer Dermaheal LL because it causes fewer side effects.
