H-DNA Inj: a polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid skin booster
H-DNA Inj. is a Korean-market injectable skin booster that combines salmon-derived DNA fragments (polynucleotide, PN) at 0.5% with hyaluronic acid at 1.5% in a single 2 mL prefilled syringe. Distributor listings give Mediable Co, Ltd. of South Korea as the manufacturer, which should be confirmed from the carton.
This is the same category as Rejuran HB: a polynucleotide for skin quality paired with hyaluronic acid for hydration, placed in the superficial dermis. Where H-DNA Inj. differs is in presentation and price. It is a ready-to-use 2 mL syringe, so there is no vial to draw up, and the two ingredients are already combined.
It suits patients whose concerns are dehydration, a dull complexion and fine lines on the face, neck and hands. Distributor wording for the indication is temporary correction of facial wrinkles by intradermal injection of polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid.
DNA fragments purified from salmon, at 0.5%, as the skin-quality active.
A hydrating hyaluronic acid base combined with the polynucleotide in one syringe.
Placed in the superficial dermal layer on face, neck and hands.
Ready to use, with no vial to draw up.
Why practitioners stock H-DNA Inj.
The same ingredient pairing as better-known polynucleotide boosters, supplied ready to use.
Listed areas are the face, neck and hands, which lets one product cover several skin-quality concerns.
A practical option for clinics that want to offer PN-based boosters at a lower price than premium branded products.
Tiered pricing applies from 5 units, which suits clinics running multi-session courses.
Treatment areas and indications
Areas and concerns where polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid boosters are used. All are skin-quality indications.
Skin that has lost hydration and radiance, where the aim is a fresher look.
Superficial lines related to skin quality, in patients who understand the result is gradual.
Thin, crepey, dehydrated skin on the backs of the hands, treated at superficial depth.
H-DNA Inj. is an injectable product. Which indications are permitted, how it is classified and what training is required are set by the regulatory framework where you practise. Korea Filler Experts supplies the product. Nothing here is a recommendation to treat any medical condition.

What each component does
The two active ingredients
- Polynucleotide (PN) / DNA fragments — purified from salmon and used in skin boosters for skin quality. PN and PDRN are used almost interchangeably across the market, and no controlled head-to-head study shows that one outperforms the other.
- Hyaluronic acid — binds water in the dermis and provides the hydrating base of the formula.
H-DNA Inj. and Rejuran HB
Both combine a salmon-derived polynucleotide with hyaluronic acid. Rejuran HB is PharmaResearch’s branded product, backed by a larger body of published work on the Rejuran platform. H-DNA Inj. is a different manufacturer’s product and we are not aware of independent clinical trials of this specific formulation. Choose according to your protocol, budget and the evidence you want to be able to point to.
PN and fish allergy
The active is purified from salmon DNA. Purification removes protein, but ask about fish allergy during consultation and treat a stated allergy as a reason for caution.
How H-DNA Inj. is used
Reference information for trained practitioners. The manufacturer’s instructions for use and training take precedence over this page, including dose per point, depth and session schedule.
Step by step
-
Assess and consent
Confirm the concern is skin quality. Ask directly about fish allergy and review medical history and medication. Explain that results build gradually over a course.
-
Prepare the skin
Remove make-up and cleanse thoroughly. Apply topical anaesthetic if required.
-
Check the syringe
Inspect the syringe, seal and expiry. Attach a fine-gauge needle as specified in the instructions for use.
-
Inject into the superficial dermis
Place small aliquots across the treatment area using micro-papule or serial micro-puncture technique, as your training covers.
-
Plan the course
Schedule sessions according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the patient’s skin condition. Review the response between sessions.
-
Aftercare
Advise sun protection, no make-up for the period set by your protocol, and avoidance of saunas and heavy exercise for 48 hours.
Administration notes
Papules are expected. Superficial placement leaves small visible papules that usually settle within a day or two. Tell patients in advance.
Describe the result honestly. H-DNA Inj. is a skin-quality treatment. It does not lift, fill or treat acne, and it is not a substitute for medical treatment of any skin condition.
- Single use. One syringe, one patient. Discard any remainder.
- Ask directly about fish allergy.
- Do not inject into infected, inflamed or broken skin.
- Dispose of needles into a sharps container in line with local clinical waste rules.
After treatment
- Redness, small papules, swelling and bruising at the injection points are common and settle within days
- Use sun protection and avoid make-up for the period set by your protocol
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms and strenuous exercise for 48 hours
- Seek review for severe pain, spreading redness or an unexpected firm lump
Storing and handling H-DNA Inj.
Store as stated on the carton and in the manufacturer’s insert, protected from light. Do not freeze.
Check the syringe, seal and expiry. Do not use a syringe that is damaged, discoloured or contains visible particles.
Single patient, single session. Do not retain or reuse a partly used syringe.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has passed. Dispose of used syringes and needles as clinical waste in line with local requirements.
